Delete your account

How to delete it

In The Workspace app, open Settings, then under Data choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email support@mythospro.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

What happens next

You are signed out of every device immediately. The account and its personal data are permanently deleted 30 dayslater. Signing in again at any point during those 30 days cancels the deletion — nothing else is required.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and profile
• Your saved Mylo conversations and assistant preferences
• Your notification, theme and voice settings
• Registered devices and their push notification tokens
• Your membership of, and access to, any team
• If you own a business account: the business itself and the records belonging to it, including your team's access to them

What is kept

If you were a member of someone else's business rather than its owner, the records that business relies on stay with the business — customer messages, invoices, completed shifts and timeclock history. Your name is removed from the messages you sent, but the messages themselves remain part of the business's records.
